  • Hey there Lalala and all youse guys.

    Well I ho ho ho'd it way too much this weekend and am Woe Woeing it now. Even though the scale was kind this weigh-in, I know better and need to be a bit more aware this week.

    Morning (5)
    1/2 bagel - 2, lox- 1, creamcheese - 1, cof - 1

    Midday (6)
    chicken - 3, rice - 2, apple - 1

    Dinner (11)
    soup w/ matzo ball - 2, chicken w. veggies and salad - 5, (2)skinny cows - 4

    Exercise - 1/2 hr. med intensity - 2, 3/4 hr. high intensity - 4
    water - 32 oz or more
  • Patch, I know it is hard, but you can do it. I've been trying to eat as low as possible all week (not entirely successful -- I do well all day and then late night eating gets me -- but I've been trying) as I'm going to DH's Xmas party Wed. nite. I'm weighing in Wed. morning so hopefully I can compensate for the damages by next WI.
