Well I ho ho ho'd it way too much this weekend and am Woe Woeing it now. Even though the scale was kind this weigh-in, I know better and need to be a bit more aware this week.
Patch, I know it is hard, but you can do it. I've been trying to eat as low as possible all week (not entirely successful -- I do well all day and then late night eating gets me -- but I've been trying) as I'm going to DH's Xmas party Wed. nite. I'm weighing in Wed. morning so hopefully I can compensate for the damages by next WI.
