  • Letisha - that sure seems like a boatload of food compared to the old plans. I keep thinking I want to go back to my COD and get some of the new info...I'd be really curious to see why so much food??

    I only got in 4 glasses of water. Going for 8 on Friday! No official exercise but I ran after my 15 month old son for a couple of hours at a ballgame.
