.5 C ground beef/ 85 % lean I believe... Added up to 2 oz on food scale, using WW measuring cup.. 5pts??
1 tbl spn tomato paste -- 25 cal 2 table spn
2 tbl spn BBQ sauce... -- 35 cal 2 table spn
.5 C salsa... -- count or don't count, well either way 50 cal if I count.
Two small tomatos, didn't have stewed. 0 pts
tspn vinagar... someone told me to do this..
1 table spn sugar... 1pt Some told me to do that to
onion -- 0 pts
Carefully measured/ leveled out pink rojas beans, 80 per .5 cup... That particular can had only 3 servings in it..
Chili mix, not even the whole pkg, just measured enough for my taste, being single...
Cooked... of course.. .
Ok, so I added or guessed this whole pot to be 9-10 points...
I had a really bad day at work, told I'm close to loosing my job... Heart sunk...Close to tears..
I ate one small apple, 6 mini biscotti's 60 cals each, coffee with 2 pts of creamer, and then came home and ate my whole pot of chili with rice pepper jack cheese, 40 cal each X3
I laugh now, but yesterday I couldn't.... I had a 2 pt breakfeat, and of course worked out to a 45 min high cardio tape... So I at least could take 2 points off my journal..
I didn't have lunch, because the day was going too long and overwhelming...
I added it up in my head last night, because I was still in a fog after work...
I follow the previous points/ 123 system... 27 pt rangeSo that is why I count some things as 1 point...
My point is this.. Yeah, that may have been bad of me to eat the whole pot, but I was amazed at how much I could have if I allowed that chili point wise in my day, without harm
I'm learning to venture out after 2 years with WW.Am I wrong?
Smoochies everyone...
Swan...
