Keeping Track of our inches lost.

  • This is for those of us who would like to keep track of our progress in inches lost. It is totally optional, just another tool in the progress we are making. You can update weekly, bi weekly, monthly, or when we are feeling stalled sometimes the inches show up before the pounds.

  • Measurements taken May 20 when I weighed about 180 lbs. and decided to "get back in shape" (for the umpteenth time):

    Waist 34
    Hips 42
    Thighs 27

    I figure 10 pound increments should make a difference, so I will remeasure when I get to 170 lbs, my goal for July.

  • It seems as though we've lost the measurement-motivation! No matter! I'll hopefully be back tonight to enter my new "starting" measurements. I'm planning on tracking my successes more with measurements than weight from now on.
