Not in my weight, but in my mind. I feel so much more free. I don't have to think about food constantly and its so much easier than binging.
I feel healthier and happier. I've made a note of this in my diary so that the next time I get a craving I can remember that binging doesn't make me happy - abstaining makes me happy.
I would normally weigh in tomorrow, but I am following the doctors advice and am only weighing monthly from now on. This should help me become less focused on weighing (I used to weigh everyday).
Thank you guys for having me the past week - reading over the old posts has really helped me.
