Oh my gosh, that just about made me cry! Kudos to you for recognizing that you need stop stop the gain NOW.
My first suggestion would be to take a look in the Maintainers Forum- I know, you aren't there yet- but if you read some of the thread in the Library section, we've had a lot of discussions on relapses, the loss/gain syndrome, and last year did a group book discussion of "Thin for Life". I think taking a look at what has worked for others
to maintain a loss might give you some insight on how to keep yourself off the rollercoaster
