I made up for last weeks gain and lost a few more besides. 4.2lbs this week!
That is the most I've ever lost in one week.
Course, since I was up 2.8lbs last week, I really only netted a 1.4lb loss.
I'm still happy with that, but just can't take credit for losing 4lbs in one week. That was just a fluke. How about everyone else? Come on and post!






I know it's my fault. But, it's just been one of those weeks. When does school start?
