Hi everyone, This forum is just what I have been looking for. I started on the beach two years ago and was down to 232 at my lowest. Then,

I stopped following the program and started a ton of rationalizing, not watching portions, mindless eating, etc. So, now I am back on and finally writing down everything I eat. My blood pressure is borderline high, and I am close to having my doctor put me on meds. So, I am looking for support. My husband is no help, he has great metabolism and has always been skinny. Of course, being 40 is starting to catch up. Anyway, I am looking forward to communicating with all of you that are in the same boat. Barb
