What plan are you on? How much are you working out? I know that for me, it took a month or so for my metabolism to ramp up and for me to get accustomed to my plan. I was just estimating portions instead of measuring them, for example, and because of that was eating way more than I thought. Maybe some of these issues might be affecting you, too? I highly recommend journalling/tracking your food if you don't already do so, because that's what really helped me start losing.
I'm sure others here will have more advice for you, but...don't be discouraged! You've made the commitment to change, and that's the hardest step! Now it's just a matter of finding what works for you. You can do it!
PS: if you've been on-plan and are exercising more than usual, it's possible that the 1 lb was your muscles are retaining water.
