~July 2007 fitness challenge~

    I didn't make my goal for June - I made a good start but toward the end of the month lost all motivation! But July is a new month, and I have made the same goal, just so I can prove to myself I CAN reach 800 minutes of exercise in the month! I think I made a mistake last month by making it a goal not to walk, and to do other forms of exercise instead - because whether I like it or not, walking is the form of exercise I am the most easily motivated to do.. so this month I want 800 minutes of ANY form of exercise. Ideally I want 400+ minutes of exercise other than walking, but hey exercise is exercise!

  • This month, I'm going to stick with my goal of 500 minutes. I'm aiming for 30 minutes at least 3 days a week. I'm going to need the motivation to continue when it gets closer to the wedding...which is in 26 days!!!!
