I am the maid of honor in my sisters wedding in 6.5 weeks! I want to look and feel healthier at the wedding as well as fit in my dress.
The dress is a size 18 it was the largest size in the style needed so we ordered it. She doesnt know its not my size (she wears a 6 or 8 so I dont think she can identify with what size I am) and I cannot disapoint her.
I wear a 22/24 dress right now my meas. are
Bust 49.5 the dress bust is 44
Waist 42.5 the dress waist is 38
Hips are free flowing thankfully!!
How can I blast these inches off quickly! Can it be done or am I dreaming. I have already lost a bit of weight and inches so I know I can have the dedication it takes but I am unsure if my time frame is ridiculous.
My plan right now is to
1. exercise everday for 30min cardio and do 3 20min sessions of weight training each week.
2. drink at least 80oz of water daily
3. drink soy protein shake for breakfast and lunch and then eat a reasonable dinner, fruit and veggies for snacks as needed. This will put me at around 1200-1600 cal per day.
I was hoping to be down to 235lbs for this wedding but I didnt stay on plan as I should have!! Now If I get below 270lbs I would be so happy! Fitting in the dress is more important than the scale # of course.
Any tips or help would be so appreciated. Or even if you think I am not going to make I need to know.
