  • Okay I will be brave and start. The first 15 days of June I lost 8 pounds... but then the rest of the month went up 3 and battled those same three pounds so ended up with a 7 pound loss! BUT I think it is because I was working out SO much and undoubtedly building muscle even though I HATE it when someone says that as I need to lose WEIGHT too. But I can REALLY tell a difference in my clothes.
  • This might be good since my july goal is to stay totally on plan for one month. I average about 3-4 lbs a week when I focus, but then I fall off and gain the same 3-4 lbs.

    So as of June 29 I was 318. Hoping to get out of the teens and see 309 by the end of the month.
  • My first weigh in for July finds me down 3 lbs for the week. So, I am starting the month at 285. I would love to be into the 270's before Aungust 1st. Gotta keep walking and stay OP!
  • This morning I am 291.2 pounds. Things finally moved last week such that I erased my 2 pound gain and lost an additional 3.5 pounds. This means I made my 3rd mini goal. Yay!

  • Umm...ok since I'm new here I'm just going to post my current weight and then from next week I'll be able to show any losses...hopefully not gains!!!
    3 July: 308.5
  • July 1st: 270pounds
  • I didn't lose ANY last week, but this week my body made up for it lost the 2 I should have lost another 2 for this week and 2 extra to boot so I'm down 6 this week from 288 to 282. Weren't it nice if all weeks were this nice!
