Hello there! I was following Metabolic Research Center's diet plan for a while, so I don't expect this to be a difficult transition. SB is SO much easier and has many more choices - I'm having the
best day! I was losing weight following MRC, but it was terribly boring. I ended up cheating about every week - losing and gaining the same five pounds. Others had great success with it, but I need to enjoy the process. SB is my golden ticket.
Right now I'm on summer vacation, so while it's tough to maintain an eating schedule, I have tons of time to exercise. I feel so strong and I just love to push myself during a workout. I'm starting the C25K tomorrow - hoping I can keep up with it.
My problem is that I lose very slowly, so I tend to lose motivation. I don't expect to lose much during phase one because I get to eat way more choices than I did on MRC. I can have cheese, hamburger, steak, sour cream!! OMG!! I worry a little that I eat too much fat, but I feel great.
I'm always open to suggestions and advice. My main goal is to look GREAT!
