  • Ok, gotta lay off the cookie dough - I am seeing the unpleasant effects of it on the scale.

    Butter cookie dough making for me tonight. The cat waits expectantly for her fair share of yolk. I see an egg white omelette in my future.

    Maybe I'll try putting a couple of the potato pancakes in the oven and just baking them.??
  • Disappointed in my WI. Gained .6. Not much but a gain. I gotta be more serious about weighing and measuring I guess. Hopefully next week will be better.
