First, horses sweat, men perspire, women glow. nuff said.
For weeks I have been getting up early and doing aerobics in my back room. The room is a glass enclosed room with 2 banks of sky lights on each side. It is not a temperature controlled room. I was comfy doing my workouts in the AM. I would produce a "glow".
My boss has been in Sweden presenting 2 papers and taking some additional time off so he and his wife could have a small vacation.
I've been leaving work around 3:30 or 4 and coming home to do my workouts. It's been hot here. I'm still in my backroom doing my aerobics. I have been "glowing"! I know we need to do that. I checked my weight this morning. It is not my "weigh-in" day. I just wanted to see if the afternoon workouts are making a difference. I think they are! I'll find out more on Sat. when I do my weekly weight and measurement checks.
So, the question. Does glowing more when you workout burn more calories and fat? I don't glow like this in my morning workouts.
