    As a dinner suggestion, how about Healthy Choice soup? They are only a few points and very filling. I don't know what climate you are in, but here in Wisconsin, I have been eating lots of soup for dinner, tastes good when it is 30 degrees out!!

    Ok as I mentioned on the thread I ate a Twix for bkfst. due to the fact that I didn't bring anything and I was hungry and grabbed for a candy bar. Very bad choice but I am journaling os that I don't make bad choices for the rest of the day. I am going to lunch with my parents and I have no idea what I will eat there so here is my breakfast and I will update later.

    I started out doing really well this week, but now my dinners are causing my points to go very high. I have had dinner outing every night this week and tonight I have dinner at a restaurant for a meeting. This is also my ovulation week which always causes a weight gain. I hope this will not affect my WI.
