Anyone interested could check out my weight loss blog and leave a comment. I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs. and I'm almost half there. I'm a 52 year old male 5' 5' and started at roughly 189. I've tried lean cuisines, and subway sandwiches. I'm basically calorie counting and the weight is slowly coming off. I started lifting light weights (5lb.-10lb) I'm trying to lose at least 10 more lbs. Here is the address for anyone interested in checking it out.
