What are some of your favorite foods that you include in your diet? Things you eat daily, or regularly? Maybe we can get some ideas from each other!
Some of mine:
-Fat free feta cheese (the only cheese that I can't tell when it's fat free!)
-Natural peanut butter
-Frank's Red Hot Sauce (I use this to flavor just about everything!)
-Berries
-Bananas
-Quaker Soy Crisps, cheddar flavor
-Whole Wheat English Muffins (I've discovered I actually like these better than the traditional!)
-Lean Cuisine meals (for when I don't feel like cooking)
-Yogurt (I buy Yoplait Light and the Boston Cream Pie flavor tastes like cheesecake, yum!!)
