Hey There -
For the past two weeks I've been using Fitday. It has helped me to stop binging so much for the simple fact that it helps me get over that "all or nothing" mentality I suffer from. When I used to go off my plan, I'd think I'd ruined myself for the day, so I might as well go all out. Now I can say "okay so I ate that extra hot dog, but I'm still at 1,500 calories, which isn't bad at all" and that helps me stay in control and not work it up to 3,500.
You might want to check out the Self Challenge at self.com. It is free and includes a food diary where you can select what your mood was when you ate each meal. It is already helping me realize that I most often eat when I'm bored or anxious. They also let you put a checkmark by the day if you stayed on your plan. I know it's silly, but seeing those little checkmarks are like gold stars to me.
