Hey ladies....my DH is taking me on an ATv riding trip for a few days, we leave this afternoon and won't be back till Sunday night. I will miss my Friday weigh in, but that is ok. I am on track and I know that it'll be fine. I can't wait to go ride!!!!

Oh yeah, it is gonna be hot. Close to 90 - but that is ok too, I know I'll be sweatin' the pounds off! (we'll be in southern WV)

I KNOW it'll be fun - Meeting good friends, staying in a secluded cabin, and riding my ATV.....it don't get much better than that! I am the one bringing the food, so I KNOW it is all on plan too. LOTS of exercise riding 10+ hours every day too.

The birthday wishes mean a lot to me, coming from my special friends here too, thank you.
