Hi, just joined this forum and wanted to say hello to all. It's nice to meet you, and I think it's a very good idea to meet each other somewhere on the net to support each other.
Last week I joined Slimming World as I want to shed at least 40 pounds I've heard good things about SW's-plan so hopefully I will reach my target this year.

Even looking at the tickers is stimulating!

I find looking at the weight loss pictures of where people have lost weight already really helps me, I always think that if they can do it then I can too
