How much did you lose in wave 1?

    I know everyone has different results, but I'm just curious. How much weight did you lose in wave 1? I'm on day 2 and I'm going to try to resist weighing myself for a few days but I'm a total fanatic about it.

    7 days=9 pounds

    Congrats! Today was day 7 and I've lost 8 (including the pound i lost the week before just eating better).
