Steamfresh Asian Medley????

  • Anyone try this product? I love it but I'm in a quandry on how to count it.

    It contains broccoli, carrots. baby cob corn, sugar snap peals, season (salt, sugar, dehydrated onion, maltodextrin, dehydrated garlic, black pepper) partially hydrogenaged soybean oil

    stats: 1 cup = 50 cals, 2 g fat and 2 g fiber - it comes up at 1 pt for 1 cup but it has so many "free veggies" - count the point?
  • I don't count any points for it and I eat it all the time.
  • I don't think it matters all that much, if you're only having 1 cup. If you're going to eat more, it could start making a difference, so you might consider the first cup free, and count any beyond that.
