Hi everyone!!!

  • Greetings! It's a pleasure to be a new member of this community.

    I'm a 30 yo married female living on Florida's beautiful southwest gulfocast! I'm actually a very active girl. I play a lot of tennis, visit the gym 5 days a week (sometimes 6), and I love to kayak... I just can't seem to budge these 10 pounds that 'crept' up on me during my 20's. I eat well about 80% of the time. The other 20% is consumed by pizza and brownies. This is what I'm hoping to remedy.
  • Lose the pizza and brownies.Make better food choices, that along with the exercise you are already getting may be all you need to do to lose 10 pounds.
