Second Day on FS and so many questions!

  • Hi everyone.
    This site has helped me so much but to be honest I'm confused..i need some answers. where do i begin?
    1. Is Boca burger and stuff allowed..i saw something that said it wasn't cool. Specifically Morningstar veggie sausages, Boca ground burger, and Morningstar burger patties?

    2. Olive oil? I use it sparingly in some food preparation.

    3. and the debate on sweet potatoes. To do or not to do?

    Thanks so much for the help! The recipes on here rock! THey have me contemplating going completely vegetarian!
  • Veggie burgers are ok, but you want to read the ingredients and make sure there is no bread or cheese in it. I have been eating Morningstar Farms veggie burgers and they are listed on the food list when I do a search (I am registered on celebrityfitclub.com).

    Olive oil, you can use 2 teaspoons a day.

    Yams or sweet potatoes are not allowed on phase 1. I hope that helps!
