I noticed a possible NSV night before last other than the usual face being thinner etc that I've heard from people I know. My frown lines are disappearing! Must not be enough fat to emphasize the lines on my face anymore. Hee. I was so thrilled to notice that and have been telling people at work. Feel free to laugh at me all you want, I am.

NSV stands for Non Scale Victory. It can be anything from an outfit fitting, moving to a smaller size, complements, doing something you couldn't before, doing something you wont before.
