I joined weight watchers 2 weeks ago and got the new kit and they gave me the new "test" to fill out to figure out my daily pts. and they have me eating 37 a day!!! I was prior to joining using 28 a day, and well i'm really thinking about going back to 28 because I feel like I have very very little energy now. plus my weekly weight loss is half of what it was! and I am even finding it hard to stick to the plan now, before I had none of these issues! What do you guys think? should I go back to 28 a day? thinks in adv!
