Ok..It sounds great...dancing (learning to dance) to good music and getting skinny...But, it's an infomercial...

Has anyone tried the dvds? Any advice on whether it is a good buy?

***The same company that makes HIP HOP ABS makes these other videos as well....Has anyone heard of them? Tried them?

I travel a lot, so I'm looking for something I can take with me on the road...

I tried hip hop abs, and you can definitely feel your core burning. I got out of breath in just a few minutes, but I'm also in bad shape.

This is a late reply, but the fitness video section of the forum has a lot of info on members that do these same videos.
