Monday menu, June 11, 2007

  • I think I have it all figured out for tomorrow so thought I'd go ahead and post it.

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with Splenda and Smart Balance (1); skim milk
    Snack: honeydew, pineapple and strawberries
    Lunch: tuna, boiled egg, and carrot sticks
    Snack: (if needed) I have 94%FF popcorn at work
    Dinner: PROBABLY -- grilled chicken, squash and salad with FF 1000 Island

    I also need to drink a minimum of 4 bottles of water tomorrow and get in at least one walk around the parking lot. More if possible.

    Breakfast: None before weigh in

    Lunch: Lean sirloin burger on a bun (3 points) with FF cheese, ketchup, raw purple onion and a pickle; fresh fruit cup

    Snack: None

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, hot sauce, guacamole, pinto beans, light cheese for 2 points)

    Snack: 3 WW Mint patties (3 points)

    Used 8 points today. Must slow down!

  • mine's not strictly core but is close. i thawed some ww tv dinners for the trip but didn't cook them, so we're eating them now.
