Good Morning!
Well Ladies, I think I am coming down with the 'flu, so I will keep this short.
I am not very happy with myself, I weighed in last night with a 3.5 lb loss, so I made my 22 week loss, but I am worried that I lost muscle instead of fat. I am working so hard to get some nice little muscles, I certainly don't want to eat them instead of food!!!
I need to make an appt. with the dietician because I don't have a clue how much more I should be eating. What is really weird is I ate very well this week. We ate out 3 times, I had 2 steak sandwiches and 1 beef dip, I had a ton of gingerbread, and I have already upped my protiens to compensate for my abilty to complete harder workouts.
I am totally confused as to what my next step should be. Maybe this was a glitch?
