sugar free da vinci syrups

  • I just saw the info on all of the places to get them but can some of you tell me what you do with them. They sound yummy but I am not sure what to do with them. I suppose you can't use them till after induction right? THANKS!
  • in coffee (my fav!!)
    in iced coffee (my 2nd fav!!)
    when you get to low carb ice cream....on there

    ........pretty much any place you would put flavoured syrups you can put the davinci syrups.
  • i like to use it in:
    .........low carb muffin receipes
    ........yocheese
    .........custards/pies (the caramel is awesome in lc pumpkin pie!)

  • English Toffee is my favorite! I love it in hot green tea with some heavy cream. The syrups are made with Splenda and have 0 carbs...they are suitable for Induction.
  • I use these like crazy. i get them delivered by mail. Now I'm on South Beach so I eat a little differently than atkins folks but:

    vanilla is great use it in coffee oatmeal and ice tea
    caramel is nice in my oatmeal and bananas
    white chocolate is great on strawberries and yogurt
    pepperment patty is good in coffee or hot chocolate
    hubby likes butter rum in his coffee
  • a few mixed berries (frozen - I use 1/4 C) with yogurt (1/2 C) and cherry flavored syrup - BERRY CHERRY YOGURT - oh yeah.

    The cherry is also great in a diet coke (cherry coke anyone?)

    Lots of yummo flavors for coffee.

    My DH invented a drink that's half chocolate vodka and 1/2 kahlua flavored syrup.

    Flavor homeade low carb ice creams.

    That's just what I can name off the top of my head.
