I know that Atkins prefers Splenda but is it ok to drink crystal light if you count the carbs? It is asparteme. How about on induction? After induction? I really don't have a problem getting my water in but I drink crystal light for variety. Also I drink diet coke with splenda. That is OK right? Thanks for the info and support!!

I use things with aspertame ocasionaly for a treat and it seems ok for me, but for some people it will slow them down. If you stop losing cut it out , If not then just use it sparingly.
