I live in a tri-level home. I just realized today that from bottom to top, there are 31 stairs in my house. I just ran them 3 times. I know that's not a lot, but it's almost 100 stairs...And that's just going UP, not down.
Wow, what a way to start burning more calories! If I can work up to doing 10trips a day on the stairs, that would be great!
