another protein bar question.....

  • Sorry for asking this again....

    I have been getting Lunas...(yum yum..right Jillian!) but for some reason my local stores are getting short them in the order.....

    the Kashi's are
    78gm
    calories 290
    fat 6g
    sodium 280mcg
    potassium 250mg
    total carb 48gm
    fiber 6g
    sugars 31g
    protein 13g

    my question is this:
    should i just eat one half of the bar in exchange for one la lite or luna?
    these were all i could find at walmart or superstore...

    Well...I heard that those are also a good substitute....so thats why im asking i really dont have the 1st clue....but wow..ur right...doesnt look that much different....anyone know?
  • Snickers have double the fat and 1/3 the protein.

    The Slim-Fast Meal Replacement Bars are also very close to the Lites and the Lunas in terms of nutritional value. Those are usually pretty easy to find. I've also found that some of the South Beach Bars have similar nutritionals to the soups and drink mixes.

    I do the Lites, but at this point, I need the variety.

I had gotten mine originally over across the border...but then wa told my local stores had them...when i went they said they had been getting shorted the products in thier order...I just went to Walmart and got some of the Slimfast Opt for a change and also found Slimdowns got a few and will head to USA Friday....
