I find that when I exercise I am able to manage my appitite much easier so I am going with the idea that exercise is key to my weightloss. I am also keeping a food diary to make sure I do not go overboard with food. That said, I am not likely to overeat with the side effects associated with Xenical, LOL.
It is great to see so many people who have lost the amount of weight that I need to lose. It is really inspiring as at times it feels like too big a job. But I am more motivated that ever right now - so wish me luck!
