Ijust had to tell you we had Hot Dogs for dinner on the grill. I have not had a hot dog in 3 weeks. Dh is food sales rep. he got some samples of these all beef dogs they are 10 inches long and 1/4 pounders.

I was not sure how to mark it in the book I only took half it . I put it down for 1P, 1 fat. could not find the tip card at the moment.

Let me say it was DELICIOUS even for a hot dog. I threw a salad with it and some tomatoes on the dog. It was not all bad stuff to eat.

Juat had to share that nonsense with you guys. never thought one could taste so good

Just don't make it a habit.. While hotdog's are listed on the tip card as a "only if that's the only thing you can eat" kind of thing, they are pretty much verbotten in the diet..
