Husband and I are starting FSD Sunday and I have just a few questions.
Are we allowed egg beaters?
Not crazy about beans, what else for protein?
Yoguart - low fat or fat free / Plain or vanilla?
Can we eat cottage cheese for protein on phae 1?
Thats all for now. Any other suggestions or sample menus would help greatly.
I really need to do well at this. Mom of 3 (7,6,3) and it is about time I get in shape for them as well.
