I am just a little confused as to which ones would be best. I know there are things we can't have in P1 and am trying to pick them out of the list in the back. Any ideas would be great.

I've been eating sugar free jello, almonds, and peaches. One of my co-workers is also on fat-smash and she says that celery dipped in salsa is a good snack. I might try that and see how it works out...
I've been sticking to yogurt w/ dry oats and fruit. I'm a sweetsaholic ... and the pears, bananas, and grapes have been putting an edge to those cravings these past 5 days.
Are we allowed almonds and sugarfree jello during Phase 1? I thought those werent till later phases. I dont have the book handy.
My favorite snacks are toasted chickpeas, fruits and veggies of course, I love frozen cherries, I use my 6 oz of yogurt as a snack and mix in fruit, have you seen the oatmeal cookie recipe..its a great snack!
