  • I usually start this on Friday, but I was busy over the weekend, and frankly yesterday was not pretty.

    1/2 tbsp sugar -- .5
    1/4 c blueberries -- .5 (rounding up, I think)

    LUNCH
    salad -- 0
    parmesan -- 2
    ham -- 2
    choc -- 4

    DINNER
    swordfish -- 4
    peas -- 1
    corn -- 2
    smashed red garlic potatoes -- 3

    SNACK
    cashews -- ??? I blew it here.

    DAILY TOTAL - WAY OVER
    Banked -- plus
    Activity -- 3
    Water -- 8
    Veggies -- 8
    Fruit -- 1

    WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = BLEW THAT TODAY
    WEEKLY ACTIVITY POINTS = 8

    ** I know I'm under - I didn't really plan to be. I just wasn't hungry from overfilling myself yesterday. I even felt crummy during my morning workout from overeating. So why do I do it??
