  • Gosh you guys, it s almost dec. 3 where I am and no one has
    logged in...

    breakfast:

    dinner:
    tach cheen - yoghurt, egg and rice with a bit of chicken, sort of like a rice cake, an iranian dish that my aunt made me.. 8/20
    salad

    macchiato 1/25
    exercise: walking around london, doing lots of tromping
    water; not enough
    vitamin: si,si

    so, the wwf or some such is staying at my hotel, lots of mullet heads and big shoulders.

    sigh.
