Hi there!

  • Hey, I'm Ging!

I'm 19 and originally from Ireland, though I'm coming to the end of my first year in university in the UK at the moment.

I'm feeling very fat after a year of overdoing the student lifestyle and I want to make a clean break and a significant reduction on my weight by the time I get back in October.

I think if I can make a really noticeable difference before then, I'll be much more motivated when it comes to making good choices in college.

Ideally, I want to get down to 150lbs by the start of October and 135lbs overall by calorie counting, exercising 5 days a week and drinking much more water and much less alcohol.

I look forward to getting to know all of you, because I'm going to be sticking around for a while!
  • Hi, queenging!

I bet you've found the UK forum! But please feel free to read and post in any forum that interests you. There are many...

Yeah, lots of younger people here--college kids--high school--all interested in healthy weight loss.

    Good luck!

  • Amen to the college lifestyle I'm still trying to get off of it almost a year out of school. Kudos to you for taking action while you're still in!!
  • Hey there!
I am a 19 year old Uni student as well so I know how hard it is to get into a healthy lifestyle during term time!
Like you, I'm trying to make a noticeable difference before I go back in September.
Anyhow, good luck, I am sure we will both succeed if we try our best!
