Holy crap I have already lost about 13lbs and I started just 3 weeks ago. I have been getting up early each morning to do at least 30 minutes ( 3mph at 5% incline) on the treadmill and go to Curves 3 days a week after work. I've also been really carefull about what I eat and make sure I eat every few hours. Oh yeah, and drink tons and tons of water.
