Hi everyone! I wanted to create a challenge that is a little bit different. It is more of an accountability sort of thing.
This is how it works. Anytime you get a craving, or you feel like you are about to eat something you know you shouldn't, come here. State the food you want to eat, and then explain why you SHOULDN'T eat it.
By the time you do that, maybe you can talk yourself down and settle for a glass of water instead of going off the deep end. I think it helps to actually think out the reasons you don't need that extra snack or second helping.
I hope this helps someone besides me LOL. Lord knows I need to find SOMETHING to stop my snacking!

I did this last night and didn't even know about this challenge! I went to the corner store for milk, and I *really* wanted a little bag of M&Ms. But I talked myself out of it because I had been good all day 
and then told myself that I needed water instead.
