I LOVE them. It actually changed how I was able to endure the running! (I tried a mile on Saturday and literally felt like I was going to have to crawl to the grave! hahah MUCH harder than my 40 minutes on the elliptical each day)Our town is having a "Celebrate" race in September and I want to be ready for it! I cannot even believe that I'm running, I'm training for a 5K race, and I'm HAPPY about it!
