Easy Black Bean Soup P1

  • This has been one of my staples while on Phase 1. I just make a batch and then eat it for several days.

    2 cans black beans (undrained)
    2 cans Italian style diced tomatoes
    2 cans water

    Combine all ingredients and simmer for about an hour or until the soup thickens to your taste. Enjoy!
  • Just what I like, a simple recipe. Sounds delicious!
  • kind of boring
    I didn't see much difference between this recipe and regular heated black beans.
  • maybe add some basil or your fav. herbs.
