  • b-banana (at ww right after wi)
    b-oatmeal, ff milk, splenda, butterbuds
    l--grilled pork loin, green beans, corn

    s--snickers (6 pts-this was an answered craving. my dh and i each had one then thought that next time (yes, there will be a next time) we'll each have half a snickers. we were each satisfied after half today but ate the whole bar because it was in front of us. know what i mean?)

    s--sf/ff chocolate fudge pudding
    d-grilled pork loin, ketchup, oven fried potatoes, oo
    s--water melon

    daily totals:
    3 milk
    5 fruit/veggies
    2 oil

    6 waps

    i did get my water in, too.

    curtis had the same as i plus 1 serving core crockpot carrot cake.
  • Sandra, what an excellent Core menu! I LOVE your response to the craving and your plan for next time. I think the craving/urge meeting was the best WW has done in a long time. I also liked the part about the first 3 bites being all you really "taste". I'm sure after not eating sugar, a half of a snickers bar would be enough.

    You will lose if you continue to eat this way and exercise.
