Sandra, what an excellent Core menu! I LOVE your response to the craving and your plan for next time. I think the craving/urge meeting was the best WW has done in a long time. I also liked the part about the first 3 bites being all you really "taste". I'm sure after not eating sugar, a half of a snickers bar would be enough.
You will lose if you continue to eat this way and exercise.
