  • This is this week's fun filled edition of the 3FC weigh-in thread. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck all!

    Me: 176.5, down half a pound from last week. Not that much, but it gets me that much further away from 180 land, and I was soooo sick of that place. Going to have to make it through a 3 day weekend before next weigh in. Hopefully I won't lose too much ground!

  • Well...i was a little disappointed to see 164 again this morning but it will be alright. we are only talking ounces anyways. But i'll say that i am 164. But on a good note, that is one down from last week so YAY!!! I am down one pound this week!!!!!
  • 201 for me, same as last week. I think the problem is that I haven't been exercising much this week, I'll have to get on that! Still in reach of my goal though (to make it below 200 by the end of the month) so hopefully I'll be able to report 199 next week!!!
  • I stayed the same 165.
  • I just love this site...it's rather addicting...Im going to have to start bartering with myself...half an hour of 3fc...half hour of excercise..can't have one with out the other..

    I am down 5lbs this week..wooohoo..that doesn't happen often..looking forward to being under 250...

  • 199.5! WOO HOO! Down from 203 and finally in ONEDERLAND!
  • I'm at 216 and working on WW program. My new weigh-in day is Saturday (7:30am).
  • Down 3 and made my 1st 10 lb goal. WOOHOO!
    Now I get to use my gift card and go shopping!
  • Finally broke the 230 mark. I am 229 today!! That is a huge leap for me. I have not been under 230 for maybe 10 years. Now I know this is possible!!
  • One pound lost for me, to 180. Congrats to all us "losers"!!
  • Didn't post on my weigh-in day, but I was 162, down 3 lbs from two weeks before (missed my weigh-in last week). I was a half lb lower earlier in the week, but I'm approaching TOM, so The Bloat has begun...I'll use my official weigh-in weight.
  • I weighed in Saturday morning... I was down 1.2 pounds! Yippee! For 3 weeks I only lost minimal amounts. They have me at 137.8 now.
  • I stayed the same - 144. I'm getting pretty good at this maintaining. To bad that's not what I'm trying to do

    I'm glad this month is almost over. I need a new fresh start

    I weighed in on Saturday morning, I was still at 137. So no loss, but also no gain. I don't know if it's because I haven't been 'good enough' (gee, I so hate those 'I've been good/bad', makes me feel like I'm talking to the priest or something XD), or because weight-lifting sessions are starting to kick in, with muscles retaining glycogen and water. Hard to tell. What's sure is that I don't 'feel fat', so I'm glad with that.
