Hi Everybody!

  • I ran across this place last night while searching for diet and exercise info, and decided to join. I'm 24, currently weighing 208, and ready to lose it! I joined Weight Watchers on Tuesday, and so far have lost 3 lbs. I know it's not much, but it's a start! I've tried many times in the past to lose weight, but gave up every time. I'm hoping being a member here will help me stay on track! There seems to be a wealth of information here, and having read many posts, I see that it CAN be done. I'm looking forward to chatting with y'all!
