Part of me is done with breastfeeding anyway and I know that a healthy, happy momma is the most important thing.
My weight is really at a dangerous level. I was watching old episodes of The Biggest Loser yesterday and realized that I'm as fat as most of the women on that show.
I am thinking of going back to strict phase 1 and whatever milk I make, fine.
I guess I'm just rambling. I'm just frustrated. It's like my body has a preservation mode and will not lose weight while making milk at the same time, no matter how much (or little) I eat or how much I exercise.
