Not the best day.

  • So, I had a migraine all night/morning and my husband had a big test today (he is trying to commission into the navy as an officer), so it was a STRESSFUL day. I had 2 nutrigrain blueberry waffles w/ strawberry spread- as usual, for breakfast. I gave in to a 600 calorie lunch compliments of McD's. It was like heaven on earth, ackkk... sooo good, yet sooo bad. Dinner was normal, but then I gave into a 170 calorie bag of back to nature cookies. So, not a completely awful day- but I feel like I lost control that I'm not comfortable losing, ya know? Like I wasn't in control of my choices, and it isn't a good feeling. Tomorrow is a new day, so I'll need you guys to keep me on track!!
  • I think the most important part of this is that you realized that you lost control and made poor choices. It doesn't appear that you are attempting to justify your choices becuase you had a bad day instead you are realizing that you had a bad day and what caused it.

Just remember tomorrow is a new day and you can start over.
  • I totally understand how you feel!! yesterday, I went to a picnic where I ate pasta salad, macaroni salad and a sausage sandwich. AND I had a regular soda. I totally went over my WW points, and not enough activity. Ugh.
  • You have lost a lot of weight, so congrats on that!!
Tomorrow is another day. Just keep moving forward.
  • Thanks guys, yesterday was better! I did have Subway, but I made a good choice!
